Depending on the weight and size of an order, we may use a combination of different couriers. Most packages are shipped via USPS.
-While it’s not common, if we sent you the wrong item, color, or there was a mistake with your order we’ll be happy to get you item right away. -We cannot accept returned or exchanged items that show signs of wear, damage, open packages of treats, etc. Contact us within ten days of receiving your order to begin a return or exchange. -Yes, unless your dog has specific allergies related to an ingredient in our treats, they are safe for dogs. Our products are only intended for intermittent or supplemental feeding as a treat or reward. Please supervise your pet when feeding treats and always provide fresh drinking water.
